Yea, the SendMail... example always busts on when I compile also. I always do this (reflexively), echo>/home/bobh/t5/jakarta-servletapi-5/jsr152/examples/WEB-INF/classes/SendMailServlet.java Then everything compiles fine. There really should be a check for this in the servletapi build.xml I should submit a patch...
