Hi, I would like to donate the following code to the Apache community. The main reason for that is missing of decent service dispatcher for the Tomcat.
The application can be run either as a service, console application, dll, or windows application. Needs some work and testing, but it can be IMO very usefull. Of course the licence is BSD only if accepted. MT.
