http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=30052 JSVC instability ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-11-02 12:18 ------- Test carried out with Tomcat 5.0.28 using JDK 1.5, fedora core 1 on old intel celeron 440 server This test and the previous tests show that the problem does not depend on any of:- 1) The version of Linux 2) The JDK version, or 3) The server hardware The crash happens whan a new web session begins processing some complex (lots of exception handling) java code that is already being executed by an existing web session. But there is no error when not using jsvc (by calling java from a shell script). Only when using jsvc, this (possibly related) error message appears at the start of Catalina.out:- Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Can't detect initial thread stack location - find_vma failed I can't find much information on this. I think it only happens with JDK 1.5 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
