Although the Tomcat docuementation no longer mentions support for ResourceParams, this change from 5.0.x behavior is worthy of a release note. Several people seem to have discovered this independently and painfully, and this is visible on the net in various forums, including the Tomcat lists, but also others related to apps running on Tomcat. A brief release note would really help.
