Tomcat problem.

After working hard to create a Java Bean and adding the required tags to go
along with it, tomcat continues to give
me a problem. It states that it cannot create an instance of the bean of my
class. Yet, when I import the class into
a page it works with no problem.

This is what I have in my page
<jsp:useBean id="MyBean" scope="page" class="MyPackage.beans.MyClass">
So what exactly am I doing wrong
