How to configure Tomcat to use beans?

Hi All,

    I'm a newbie that is trying to configure Tomcat to use beans. I have
tried to place the bean in the Web-Inf directory of the examples context,
but no result. Do you if somewhere there is documentation about this issue?

I'm using windows 2000
