Hmmm... since you're running Windows (at least that's what the headers of your
message say... :), why not just run a batch file on your server that will
restart tomcat as soon as it terminates, and shut it down remotely from the
machine you're working at?
A few days ago, there was a thread on this on the list - have a look in the
archives if you're curious... :)
