Check in tomcat/conf/workers.properties - There are several path you should
modify plus there is some configuration that looks like this:
#
# You should configure your environment slash... ps=\ on NT and / on UNIX
# and maybe something different elsewhere.
#
#ps=\
ps=/
uncomment the one for your system.
