HELP - using Apache UserDir to run servlets and JSP out of home directories.

Hi All,
        I'm setting up a development environment and want to
        let users create JSP and servlets within their home
        directories. I'm using Apache, JServ and Tomcat and
        would like to let users use their own URLs to run JSP
        or Servlets e.g.

                http://hostname/~dscoular/servlet/Test
                http://hostname/~jbloggs/test.jsp

        Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this!!!

        Please, please, please help...
