Exception in thread "main"

Need Help,

Build.bat is giving me the following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
Files\JavaSoft\Jaxp1/0/1\jaxp/jar;d:\Program

I assume it's looking for sun's XML parser which I have installed in
D:\Program Files\JavaSoft\Jaxp1.0.1.

Any help would be appreciated.
