File not found

I was successful in building a new project, which created my project folder
and added all files needed under the webapps folder. I then restarted tomcat
and saw that the context was added for my new app.  I then pointed my
browser to the new context http://localhost/Myapp/index.html and was unable
to view this html document. 




Would welcome any suggestions.
