tomcat home

hi there!!
i have installed apache web server and tomcat 3.1 on my pc,but when i start
tomcat it says tomcat home not found and terminates.
can u help me please.
if possible can u mail me ur autoexec.bat file as an attachment so that i
will see exactly how u have set classpath and path also coz it seems there
is also an error if u give some space in the statement where u r setting up
the tomcat_home
