Is there any plan to add such functionality? Often I'm including a jsp
which I update and it would be handy for Tomcat to detect this and reload
the scripts which call it. Currently I must restart Tomcat or modify all
the files which include it. (A PITA when it's a header or footer!)

Good question, I've been wondering the same thing myself! ;-)
