Did the patch from Dan didn't fix that ?
Did you speek about multi-part via ajp13 ?

TC 3.2.1 with Dan patch (ajp13) works perfectly now with ajp13. 

I'd like to have Dan, Costin and Craig opinion before commiting the patch which 
is only included in my RPM.
