In response to [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s query Steve, I have encountered the same problem. This happened as soon as I changed the Connector from SimpleTcpConnector to PoolTcpConnector for the HttpConnector, in the server.xml configuration file. Also, I had commented out the AjpConnector. I put these back to their default and it stopped doing that. (PS: I have not looked at your javacore*.txt file. But I got the same SIGILL messages.)
