Hi, I believe you would find the binaries for IIS on this URL: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.2.1/bin/win32/i386/ That is production release of Tomcat v.3.2.1. For other versions look at http://jakarta.apache.org/   And, yes, Tomcat runs under Windows 2000. At least the stand-alone version, wich is completely Java-based.
