Post + multipart/form-data not working in Tomcat 3.1

I am using the JSP Smart Upload Bean to upload a image to the Linux server. The enctype i am using is "multipart/form-data" which is not working. The problem is that when i use the above specifeid enctype the JSP engine gives the following error   HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Tue, 02 Jan 2001 07:49:54 GMT Server: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) mod_jk Connection: close Transfer-Encoding: chunked Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 OK why does this error come and how can it be resolved?
