I have a Web Application which consists of both Servlets and JSP. The
situation exists that with Jakarta Tomcat 3.2.1 when I make a change to a
servlet and upload it, I need to restart tomcat in order for it to change,
despite reloadable being set true in server.xml.
Is there something I am missing? Do I need to specify all the servlets in
web.xml(which would take a while),
is the situation the same in Tomcat 4.0 b1?
