Unless there is some quirck with Tomcat, I should think no. You can
connect to any given port on any given IP without a conflict between
IPs. If say apache is bound to port 80 on interface eth0, then you can
have tomcat bound to port 80 on interface eth1. If this wasn't so, proxy
servers wouldn't work. They often bind to a port on each interface. Do
you have a NIC for each IP? You don't mean virtual hosts do you?
