Els arxius XML o WAP els pots posar on vulguis, però si estan
fora de l'arbre principal de l'Apache has de crear un àlies a l'Apache
per tal que el client els pugui trobar d'alguna manera. Suposo que ja ho
has fet.
També s'ha d'instruir el mòdul corresponant (mod_JServ
o mod_jk) que redireccioni les peticions a arxius .wml (jo uso "JkMount
*.xml ajp13") cap al Tomcat, i instruir el Tomcat perquè les redireccioni
cap al Cocoon (això es fa creant un nou context al fitxer "server.xml"
que apunti al directori on vols guardar els fitxers WML. En el teu cas
el /home/wap.). Si tot està correcte, t'hauria de funcionar. Potser
si especifiques més et puc ajudar més.
