Hi,

indeed I read carefully the jk_lb_worker.c source code and found that
this type of worker
was setting up the jvm_route.

My misunderstanding came from the fact that I had an Apache running
mod_jk with an lb worker
and another one using a standard ajp12 worker, this latter being one of
the two workers being load balanced.

What I wanted was that the lb worker be able to do session tracking, but
this indeed could not work all the
times since one of the Apache was not using a lb worker. I fixed the
problem by having a lb worker load balancing to
only one ajp12 worker instead of having only the ajp12 worker.

The code I wrote is therefore useless.

Thanks everyone for making my understanding of session tracking with
mod_jk clearer.

Mathias.
