you only have to
import the certificate into
the "cacerts" keystore used
by CSSE

you have to use keytool java utility
keytool.exe -import   -keystore /path/cacerts -storepass changeit -alias
thecertificate -file /path/thecertificate.cert
in "PEM" format(if i remember correctly)...

note that I have found no way to import the
keypair into the JSSE keystore

the keypair have to be generated (-genkey) by keytool into
the keystore.
then a certificate is "-export"'ed
