Hi Affan,
A .jar file is an [J]ava [AR]chive file, similar to zip file.
You should find the utility jar.exe in your jdk distribution in the bin
directory. Type JAR on its own and you will get help on the command. You
will need to use jar -c to make a new jar archive.
