In your server.xml file there should be a line something like this:
<Context path="" docBase="webapps/ROOT" />
Change the "webapps/ROOT" to "/home/user/domain/htdocs" and restart
tomcat. This sets the root context for Tomcat to your web server's
document root. Hope this helps,
