Did you know there is build RPM for Tomcat at jakarta.apache.org ?
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.2.1/rpms/
You may add a note in your documents.
PS: mod_jk and mo_jserv are in tomcat-mod RPM ;-)
