thanks, I did already! But I don't think you understand my question!


I know you can reset the defaut, but that's only on a per context basis. I want to reset the default for all contexts, ie if a new context is deployed and not <Manager> defined, then the default should not persist! The manual doesn't wether or not this can be achieved.
