I'm not aware of a profiler that magically decided what is and isn't appropriate to profile for your webapp. Well-written tests don't have much idle time in general. I'm also not aware of any profilers that can take an operation ignore list (e.g. socket_read, socket_write) and ignore CPU time spent on those operations.
