Well I just gotta say that's not true. You *can* re-use a resultset
object.
ResultSet rs = st.executeQuery("SELECT * FROM FOO");
//code that loops over rs and outputs results...
rs = st.executeQuery("SELECT * FROM BAR");
//a re-used ResultSet object.
