You may want to change some settings because of that, but mostly just the paths to directories will be different to where things are located. Linux paths instead of Windows paths.

The Java code should be the same, the only issue I know of is
configuration of your server. Environment variables are handled
differently, and paths to resources and configuration files are of
course different..
