Problem shutting down Tomcat 3.2.1

Hi,

I was wondering if u guys could help me out...
I am running Tomcat stand-alone on a Win2K Pro box. Everytime I run
shutdown.bat, my computer reboots. Anyone know why this might be happeneing?
