second try : help needed for tomcat -jsp issue

hi All
how are you doing?
i have an urgent issue with my client 
thought you are the person who can actually give the solution
 
 my customer is facing a  problem ,
when he is trying access the application , by typing the url , 
 the page is not opening in the browser,
but its throwing up the dialog box for download ,
the server is tomcat 
and its up and running
what will be the probem , do we need to set any configuration
