Does this happen frequently? Only under load?
RH 7.3 is pretty stable, and I've never had a problem with it along with pretty much any JDK. I've heard a lot of suggestions to bypass 1.4.1 due to some serious bug especially in StringBuffer. Give that a try, but I expect that it won't go away...
When you get the sig 11, does it always say the same shared lib or does it look like it's coming from all over?
