apachectl start .... error message

Hi all, this error message appear when I try to startup Apache:

libexec/mod_jserv.s
o uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please
recompi
le it with -DEAPI)
[FAILED]

How can I recompile the mod_jserv.so in my system??
