I have Windows XP as client running the UI and I want to profile my tomcat 4.1.29 server on debian 3.1 sarge running on sun jvm 1.4.2.
I have basically the same environment, and mine has worked.
The profiler attaches to the server and I do get very few information, but the list of instances stays completely empty.
Are you sure that it connects? How are you starting Tomcat?
