We have a web application using Struts/Tomcat 4.1.18. We use the DAO pattern using JDBC to persist data. Right now our transactions are done using the Connection object. I am getting into a situation where I need to do a two phase commit in two different datasources. And I realise I may have to go the JTA way. How do I implement JTA in Tomcat? Does it support it?
