I'm stuck with 4.0.6 because that's the latest release that our Lawson
ERP package will support. I'm using GNU libtool 1.5. mod_jk.sl is linked
to mod_jk.sl.0.0. So is it safe to copy mod_jk.sl.0.0 to the apace
libexec directory and rename it to mod_jk.so? I appreciate your help in
this matter.

Sincerely,

You should really use a more recent version than the one that ships with
4.0.6, but that's another story :).

I don't use HP, so I'm not completely sure what libtool does there, but
the
'.sl' file is almost certainly (a link to) what you want.
