tomcat4... pretends to be tomcat3

I have removed tomcat 3.2.1 from my freebsd4.2 
machine and installed tomcat4 instead. After re-booting 
and starting the tomcat server, I still get the 
tomcat3.2.1 splash page... How can this be?!
