Thanks.  I just implemented it, and it appears to have fixed the 
problem.  I hadn't spotted the "swallowOutput=false" in these Contexts, 
and I'm not sure who put them there.  <:-)

Is it just me, or are the Tomcat docs not exactly easy to search?
