i've tried running both at same time but no joy, running at different times, changing ports. when i run both at same time on same port interestingly i get a 404 on the tomcat.jsp, and the wasp page takes preference.
probably have to try a reinstall on old tomcat (4.1.12- LE)

Quick Thought - I wonder if the order in which you start them up would help??
Of course if the WASP development team have come up with something specifically to use with their web-server it may be worth switching to that...
