It's been discussed many times on the list in the past. There really
isn't much to it:
- Write the PDF via response.getOutputStream (not getWriter) because
it's binary data,
- Set the content-type appropriately
- Set the content-disposition header if you'd like, so that the user is
prompted with the open/save dialog box.
