I've removed these params but I still get the same error.

Kawthar,

Remove this from the context:

            <parameter>
             <name>databaseName</name>
            <value>ecpa</value>
            </parameter>
            <parameter>
             <name>pathname</name>
             <value>conf/tomcat-users.xml</value>
             </parameter>

The database name is given in the url and the pathname is for a file
base
system.

Try it again and let us know in a new thread.
