A few things: - You have the Manager status page which monitors this, but doesn't issue any warning regarding load. - Code to keep track of the server status, including connector processors, has been posted to the list in the past. So you can take it, use it, enhance it, as needed. (This code is of course tomcat specific) - Search the archives of this list over the past three weeks for Peter Lin's JMeter monitor posts. He monitors the load with a graphical output of business, and this monitor can be used remotely. It doesn't send an email or anything by itself, but again can probably be enhanced.
