I added --with-apache2 because configure failed with an error message that it could not find a web server.
I removed the --with-apache2 argument and changed the apxs argument to --with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs and I get the error: could not find /usr/sbin/apxs I removed the --with-apxs argument and get the error that configure can not find any webserver again...
