Well, this is really more of a mod_joke question than a Tomcat 3 question (seeing that Ms Clark seems to have Apache and Tomcat talking already :).
With as little as I know about the configuration, it looks like you want to add something like: JkMount /*.bar ajp13 The usual reason to get unprocessed files with Apache+Tomcat is that Apache doesn't know enough to send the file to Tomcat, and serves it itself.
