A JTA transaction manager for Tomcat is available for download at:

Developer licenses are free and included in the download.
Granted, other (and open source) products exist as well (like JOTM or Tyrex) but ours is really the only JTA for Tomcat that (as far as we know) provides full restart/crash recovery.
