But
I am not sending the parameters to the servlet !
it automatically receiving them from another program
when I used the same servlet on another servlet machine I had no problems !

you must use

"param" + URLEncoder.encode(paramValue)

when passing the parameter.

i.e. ensure that it's encoded correctly...
