The object is a custom object. The only difference I can find is that this object has some event listeners attached to it. It is an implementation of a Tree object. The only java objects that it uses are Map, TreeMap and few other util classes.

Any object, or a particular object? (especially a custom object)

Does said object do anything with threads, such as calling ::stop()?
