        Thanks for the quick reply. But As I told I am doing allmost all 
interaction to tomcat using eclipse sysdeo pluggin. By restarting the 
webapp, do you mean just rebuilding the project ? I don't know how to 
access "tomcat's manager webapp". Also what is meant by updating the 
context and updating server.xml, i mean when do we need to do that ?

Devloader is one class (or package) that comes with sysdeo pluggin and can 
be put in to the server/classes of your TOMCAT_HOME to activate itself, 
The site that i saw said it helps us avoid building the classes in the 
WEB-INF/classes folder again and again ( I am not sure what that really 
means )
