How can I access JMS server on a remote machine in Tomcat

Hi, all

    This is my problem:

    Now , I have build a web application with Tomcat. But, I have to add some new 
function , so I want to use JMS to communicate with a remote machine(there is a 
message-driven bean on it)

    The JMS server is JBoss.
    
    Is it possible?  and How to solve this problem.
