Hello together, we are using Tomcat 4.1.30 and Oracle for our web applications on a Windows 2000 server. In our server.xml we have configured several hosts. Everything worked fine.
Two weeks ago, we have moved to a new server system with the same technical data and configured one more host in server.xml (copy and paste, modify webspace names). Since this time, Tomcat shows a mysterious behaviour, which couldn't be tracked by us. Sometimes (not always) the new host gets a timeout. This means connecting to the webspace isn't possible, because there is no reaction from Tomcat. Only the login page (index.jsp) is visible and available. But all other hosts are available at the same time and login ends with success. No errors in logfiles are visible!!! Can anybody help me??? Thanks in advance!
